Step 1: A 30-minute video call
You tell us what happened. We tell you what the court will need and quote a fixed fee in writing.

Step 2: The fee agreement
You read the fee and the steps at your own pace. Nothing starts until you sign.

Step 3: Documents and drafting
You upload pay stubs, statements and IDs through a secure link, and we tell you exactly which ones. We prepare the papers and go through them with you on screen, line by line.

Step 4: Filing and finish
We file, follow the court's response and tell you what comes next, and when.
The first call
What the first video call is like
Thirty minutes, a quiet corner and whatever papers you have to hand. There are no forms to fill out beforehand.
You do not need a perfect file. Bring what you have, and we will tell you what is missing.
Helpful to have nearby
The names and birth dates of everyone involved
Any court papers you have received
A recent pay stub or tax return
A list of questions, even a short one
Pick a time that suits your week
Early mornings, lunch breaks and evenings are all fair game for the first call.
